A lab was conducted to see first-hand which product would clean glass best. Two dirty mirrors were cleaned using windex and vinegar respectively. The observations are summarized in the table below.
Analysis: In terms of cleaning efficiency, Windex was easily the more effective as it left no streaks or smudges and required minimal scrubbing effort. On the other hand, it left behind a strong odor that lingered in the air for quite some time. Vinegar was also relatively effective although it required more wiping and had a slower drying time. It also possessed a strong odor but dissipated immediately after the vinegar dried up.
